The staff is very friendly and very accommodating the star of the show is Estella she is very attentive and has the most friendly attitude she always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming if you have an issues she can handle it. The cleaning ladies are also very helpful a nice. Great staff.

Room was very nice. Spacious and comfortable. We are both handicapped. They gave us a room with a walk-in shower. Morning breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff were all helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying there and we will be glad to return.
Q was the nicest front desk associate I ever met. He made check in super easy and headache free! I left my charger usb and he was kind enough to let me use his without hesitation!!! I’m from Texas so it’s nice to meet people who are friendly in unfamiliar areas!

During my recent visit to California, I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. While the property could benefit from some renovations, the exceptional customer service truly stood out. One of the primary reasons I chose this hotel was the convenient shuttle service, which proved to be a significant financial help. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and directed to my room. The room's layout was very appealing, and despite the need for some updates, it was clean and had a pleasant scent. I appreciated the in-room amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a functional air conditioner—essential for the warm weather. The bed was incredibly comfortable; I found it difficult to leave! Netflix was also available, though it required logging in with a personal account, and guests should remember to log out upon departure. A prime example of the excellent customer service occurred when I had an issue with the iron. I called to request a replacement and, within a maximum of 20 minutes, a brand new iron, still in its box, was delivered to my room. Breakfast was provided, which is a great option for those on a budget or short on time, even if the offerings weren't entirely to my taste. Would I return? Yes, I would. While not a luxury hotel, it's an excellent choice for short stays, especially when you plan to spend most of your time exploring. The accommodations provided by this hotel are truly outstanding, earning a 10/10 rating.
The staff is great! Both arriving in Ontario, CA and departing from Ontario, CA checking in was easy. Thank you so much for the restful night stay’s. Though they appeared to have everything for breakfast just had a cup hot green tea both mornings. Shuttle was much appreciated picking me up at airport and the next day taking me to pick up rental car. I will definitely use this hotel when coming into town from GA to visit family. Thank you all so much!
Q at the front desk was awesome. He made sure we were comfortable and happy with our room. The breakfast is always tasty and fresh you never leave hungry. During my getting ready to check out I had a mishap n broke something. I asked housekeeping for a broom and she assured me it wasn't a problem n that she was going n g to be cleaning the room anyways. It was a great stay as always.
